Berkshire Park is a refined golf course community located in Taylors, South Carolina, thoughtfully set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Defined by mature trees, rolling fairways, and a peaceful natural setting, the neighborhood offers a sense of space, privacy, and timeless appeal that is increasingly rare.
What makes Berkshire Park exceptional is the balance it strikes between tranquility and accessibility. While the community feels tucked away and serene, residents are just 12 minutes from award-winning downtown Greenville - nationally recognized for its walkable Main Street, dining, arts, parks, and vibrant cultural life. This proximity allows homeowners to enjoy the best of both worlds: quiet living surrounded by nature with effortless access to one of the South's most celebrated cities.
At its core, Berkshire Park offers a lifestyle shaped by quality, setting, and an enduring sense of place-where thoughtful living and natural beauty come together seamlessly.

Key responsibilities of the HOA Board include managing the landscaping of the common property, maintaining the street lighting, reviewing significant architectural changes for compliance with the covenants above and overseeing the financial affairs of the HOA. The activities of the HOA are reviewed with Homeowners at the annual meeting.
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Berkshire Park is a legal document that guides homeowners as to what is and is not allowed in the neighborhood.
